- Chest: Measure under your arms at the widest part of your chest. Keep the tape measure straight.
- Waist: Measure around your natural waistline. Keep the tape comfortably loose. This is the narrowest part of your body, between the hips and ribs.
- Hip: Stand with your feet together and measure the widest part of your hips.
