What are the return conditions?

- Returns of purchases from other partners or other partner webshops cannot be processed and credited.
What are the return conditions for online purchases?
Returning your online purchase is possible within 14 days after receiving the order. Returns of store purchases or from other partner webshops than www.baselevelfashion.com cannot be processed and credited.
How will my online purchase be credited?
Online purchases that are returned to a PostNL parcel point must be accompanied by the completed return form. The refund will be made automatically within 14 days of receipt of the return shipment. When this amount is actually in your account, varies per bank and depends on the payment method. Via iDEAL this can take 2 to 3 extra working days. When it concerns a credit card payment it can take up to 31 extra days. Keep the proof of shipment (Track & Trace code) until your return shipment has been credited. In the event of a missing package, an investigation can only be started with this code. Without a code, the package cannot be credited.
Discount code used for an online purchase?
When you use a discount code for your online purchase, the discount is divided over the ordered items. If you return an item from the order, the discount for this item will expire. If you return the entire order, the entire discount will expire. Once the validity date has expired, the discount code can no longer be used on orders.
