We would like to ask you to check the package upon receipt. No matter how carefully Base Level works, it is possible that the item(s) you have received are not the same as the item(s) you ordered. If this is the case, please send an email to our customer service as soon as possible:

info@baselevelfashion.com to submit the complaint. Or contact us by calling +31 (0)251 316 313.

We are open from Monday to Friday 09:00 - 17:00. We will then look for a suitable solution.

Defective Item?

If a defect occurs in one of the items within two months of purchase, you can make a claim under the warranty by following the steps below:

1). Immediately after discovering the defect, please send the request with photos of the defective item to info@baselevelfashion.com or call our customer service: +31 (0)251 316 313.

We are open from Monday to Friday from 9am to 5pm.

2). Please state your order number

You will receive a response as soon as possible, but no later than within 5 working days. Even after the two-month warranty period, we will review the complaint per item. Complaints due to normal wear and tear can unfortunately not be reimbursed under any circumstances. The above-mentioned warranty arrangements naturally leave your other rights under the law unaffected.
