Do you also deliver outside the Netherlands?

No, we only deliver within the Netherlands.

What is the delivery time of my order?

The average delivery time within the Netherlands is 2-3 business days after the shipping date. On holidays the delivery time may be longer.

What payment options are there?

At Base Level you can choose the following payment methods for your purchases:

What are the shipping and return costs?
  • Shipping costs: €3.95.
  • Free shipping on orders over €100.
  • Return costs: €3.95
Can I track my order?

Yes, once your order has been shipped, you will receive a track & trace link by email with which you can track your package.

How can I contact customer service?

Are there any stores where I can find Base Level|?

Yes! We have sales points for Base Level throughout the Netherlands. You can easily find a store near you using our storefinder.

Can I buy gift cards?

To purchase a gift card, click here.

Can I pay with a gift card?

You cannot use our gift card at our points of sale. The gift card can only be redeemed via our webshop. To use the gift card, you can choose 'redeem gift card' at the payment method before completing your order.

Shipping, returns and exchanges

How can I register a return?

How long can I return my order?

You can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

How long does it take for my return and refund to be processed?

Returns take up to 14 days to be processed at our warehouse. Once this has been done, you will receive an email confirming the return. If you have not received confirmation after 14 days, please contact customer service and include proof of return and a list of the returned items.
